and Procedures
On all office and house pickups, 10 minutes waiting time will be allowed. 30 minutes free waiting time is allowed on all domestic flights & 45 minutes on all international flights.
No free waiting time is allowed on NYC pick-ups
Extra stops $5 and up
Prior to dispatching any car to the airport for a pick-up, the flight will be checked by our office one hour before its scheduled arrival time. If the flight is delayed after the driver is en-route, the driver will wait for you at the airport and you will be charged accordingly.
If you do not see your driver when you arrive and you have looked at all the name signs, call our office at (914)723-8181.
Minimum $30 charge for late cancellations
Drivers cannot take reservations of authorize charges.
